Have
a safe and Happy New Year from all of us at The Council!

The
Council wrapped up a very emotional year on December 26th, 2003 by remembering
the loss of our good friend Pauly
P. Jam and assisting each other through a variety of personal tragedies.
We celebrated Jeff
and Tracy's
marriage,
enjoyed Thomas's company while
he was in the United States, had
fun at John's surprise 40th
Birthday party, congratulated
Beaver and Tracie
on the announcement of their engagement, and
had a lot of great times together with a number of new friends.
Each
of us is looking forward to Robert's
complete recovery in 2004
most of all.
With such a fine group of folks pulling together and helping each other,
next
year can only get better!

While
The Commander rooted through
Peggy's purse, the rest of The
Crew including
three new guests, Charlie,
Chris and Elvin,
posed
for this Group Photo during The Council Meeting on December 19th, 2003
and wanted to wish everyone a Merry Christmas!

Our
friendly Hippo Joe's Bartender was captured in action professionally
arranging The Crew, along with our old friend Officer Walker, for the
Group Photo during the Council Meeting at Sports Plus on December 12th,
2003.

The
Council Meeting on December 5th, 2003 was dedicated to Robert
who was in the hospital recuperating from a tragic car accident that
happened on November 29th, 2003. Our thoughts and prayers are with our
hero as well as his family and we are all looking forward to his rapid
recovery.
|
|
|
The
Council Crew got together on November 28th, 2003 to celebrate and wish
Tracie a Happy Anniversary of her 29th Birthday with a cheese cake!
|

|
The
week long vote winner for the location of the Council Meeting on November
21st, 2003 was Hippo
Joe's at Sports Plus. Being back at our old stomping grounds, Capt'n
Dickie felt comfortable enough to bring a date as
he made his monthly appearance
because his wife was out of town!

|
A bazaar Council Meeting was held on November 14th, 2003 that started out at The Silverton Cafe but was quickly redirected back to Logo's due to the large crowd. With last weeks problems concerning "House Rules" still unresolved, David and Buck decided to leave while the rest of the Crew attempted to carry on the Council traditions as best as they could. Once again; If you miss a week, you miss a lot! |

During
the Council Meeting on October 24th, 2003, Dave
showed Robert his book entitled
"How To Pick
Up Girls" and the information obviously worked great as our
hero danced, sang and partied the night away with a few pulchritudinous
ladies. Zack showed up with his
knee brace on so Derrick gave
him some lessons on how to dance on one leg. Jamie
brought his friend Gary Paul
to the meeting for the first time and Uncle
Gary said, "With a name like that, he must be a great guy".
You miss a week and you miss a lot!

The
crew returned to Logo's for the Council Meeting on October 10th, 2003
for another great time. David,
Zack and Derrick
showed up in one piece after the group photo was taken and Peggy
was this weeks special guest. You miss a week and you miss a lot because
it just keeps getting better and better!

Everyone
was shocked when Arnold
stopped by again and gave The Council a big "thumbs up" during
the meeting on October 3rd, 2003. David
said, "He only comes around now when he needs money or our support
to look good in front of the media". Ronnie
commented, "He used to be just a regular guy and now he pulls this
stuff, it's gettin' old". Jeffie said,
"I feel like such a tool. Good thing the rest of the guys decided
not to attend tonight's meeting"! Denise
just said, "I wish he would stop following me around" and
Buck said, "Ever hear of
deodorant? Put your arm down. How did you find us? Who called you? Man,
I feel sick". With that, Buckie had to go outside for some fresh
air.

The Council got together on September 12th, 2003 to wish Amy a Happy Birthday, cheer on the Deer Park Wild Cats for actually getting a touchdown against The Warriors, thus scoring more points to date than the Cincinnati Bengals, and to congratulate Beaver and Tracie on the announcement of their wedding engagement! You miss a week, you miss a lot! |

On
August 21st, 2003 Buck, Tracy
and Uncle Gary went to
visit Pauly P. Jam in the hospital.
Looking good and shaking Uncle Gary's hand with a firm grip, Uncle Gary
asked, "When are you getting out of here Pauly?" He replied,
"I'm going home Sunday and I want to attend the next Council Meeting".
Well, Pauly did indeed go "home" on Sunday. The Council all
knew that Pauly would also be true to his word and attend the Meeting
on August 29th, 2003. With a record number of Council Members in attendance,
The Council proudly toasted our friend during The Meeting.

We'll
miss ya Pauly, but we all know that since you made it to heaven first,
|
|
you'll
be waiting there to greet each and every one of us when it's our time.
|
|
Here's
to you Pauly, we'll see ya later.

 During
the Council Meeting on August 1st, 2003, "The Smirnoff Girls"
stopped in to party with the crew, hand out free drinks and all kinds
of Smirnoff goodies.

The Council moved the weekly get together to the private party room behind Logo's for the July 25th, 2003 Meeting where Derrick and Uncle Gary lead the crew in a rousing rendition of "Are The Good Times Really Over For Good". Ya had to be there!!! |

The Council Meeting on Friday the 13th of June, 2003 started out unlucky when the crew found Hippo Joe's closed but quickly regrouped, put "Plan B" in to action and went to Logo's for a great time. Derrick received a huge round of applause from the crowd when he took the stage to sing a Blood, Sweat & Tears tune! ~ You miss a week, you miss a lot ~ |

The worlds best Council Meeting was held on May 30th, 2003 as the crew mingled with a plethora of celebrities behind the black curtain at Sports Plus. If you miss a week, you miss a lot! |

On
May 23rd, 2003 The Council celebrated as Stephanie
finally paused long enough to join the group photo for the very first
time!

Jeffie & The Capt'n recommended going to Hooters for The Council Meeting on May 16th, 2003 where we welcomed Robert as "One Of Us"!

A
good time was had by all during the Council Meeting on May 9th, 2003
after Thomas persuaded Uncle
Gary to pass the pitcher!

On
May 2nd , 2003, The Council found out the hard way that Rob
only takes his hat off for two reasons!

The
Council got together on April 25th, 2003 to wish Beaver
a Happy Birthday even though his Mother forgot again!

Austin
said, "Groovy Baby" as The Council proudly welcomed Pavel
and the return of the world famous and internationally known, Aunt
Sandy to the meeting on April 11th, 2003!

Happy Birthday John! A BIG Council Happy Birthday party was held in John's honor at The Crossroads Sports Bar & Grill in Mason, Ohio on March 7th, 2003. |

Got the munchies? Girl Scout cookies were proudly distributed to the Council by not one, but two Amy's and a Buck during the Meeting on February 28th, 2003! MMMMM, Cookies.. |

the Council Meeting on February 21st, 2003, as usual, a number of folks
showed up during the evening but we don't remember them all being there
at the same time!

crew wished Uncle Gary
